International Yoga Day

Healthy Body + Healthy Mind = Healthy Life

The United Nations proclaimed 21st of June as the International Day of Yoga.

Yoga is an ancient physical, mental and spiritual practice that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. The word ‘yoga’ derives from Sanskrit and means to join or unite, symbolizing the union of body and consciousness.

The International Day of Yoga aims to raise awareness worldwide of the many benefits of practicing yoga.

Coincidentally, on June 21st, 2016, I signed the lease agreement for the office space where I built the yoga studio in Rudnik.

My goal is to inspire and share yoga with people who are looking to improve their life on a physical, mental and spiritual level.

The studio is slowly and steadily growing with more people joining each week. I invite you to come today at 18h and celebrate your body and life with a 75 minute hot yoga class. This could be a start of something new and exciting.

To all of you who are members at Bikram Joga Ljubljana (BJLj), I want you to know that I am very proud of you for making yoga a part of your life. I appreciate your continuous support, and for this I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I wish you a beautiful and blessed day.

Namaste ??

“The only way to experience true wellbeing is to turn inward.
This is what yoga means–
not up, not out, but in.
The only way out is in.”
